Þingvangur thanks everyone for their business during 2019.
The year has been eventful, and our employees have worked hard on a wide range of projects.
The neighbourhood service centre at Fiskislóð Street has been handed over to the City of Reykjavík, and all apartments on Grandavegur Street have been sold.
At the Brynjureitur development, all apartments are completed. Sales have progressed well, and just over half of the apartments have been sold.
The ten-storey apartment building at Stillholt Street 21 in Akranes is well advanced, and sales there have also progressed well.
Þingvangur is currently working on, among other projects, the construction of 83 apartments at Elliðabraut Street 4–6 in the Norðlingaholt district for the open market, as well as 80 apartments for Bjarg Housing Association at Hallgerðargata Street in the Kirkjusandur area of Reykjavík.
