The development of apartments for the Nature Health Association of Iceland has begun.
The project is designed by Arkþing Nordic and Efla engineering consultancy, and the apartments will be sustainability-certified under LEED.
The apartments are intended for residents aged 55 and older. Each building will have 4 to 6 apartments, and all buildings will be two storeys high with elevator access.
Each apartment will include a parking space in the underground parking garage.
