Þingvangur ehf. (Ltd.) has begun the development of 18 apartment buildings with a total of 252 apartments for the open market, along with retail premises, a senior citizens’ community centre, and apartments for residents aged 60 and older in Álftanes, in the western part of Garðabær.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place yesterday with Gunnar, the mayor, together with other members of the town council, local residents of Álftanes, and several of our project partners.
