Lindarbrún – Hveragerði

Apartments in a wellness community for the Icelandic Natural Health Association.

The first phase, Lindarbrún 2, features 18 elegant apartments for individuals aged 55 and older, with a service agreement with the Health Institution. These apartments are now ready, equipped with an elevator and private parking spaces in an underground garage.

The apartments are sustainability-certified (LEED certification system) and were designed by the architectural firm Nordic Office of Architecture ehf. Engineering design was provided by Efla hf, and construction was carried out by Þingvangur ehf.

CITY HUB – Hverfisgata 46

Þingvangur has rebuilt and furnished Hverfisgata 46 as the City Hub guesthouse, accommodating 186 guests. The guesthouse features air-conditioned sleeping pods, each designed for two guests, and cozy shared common areas.

City Hub now operates accommodations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Copenhagen, with many new locations in the planning stages. Amsterdam hosts 50 sleeping pods, Rotterdam 126, and Copenhagen 210.
