Construction has begun on 84 apartments in six apartment buildings, together with a parking garage. These buildings are built for the general market and will include retail spaces, a social center for senior citizens and apartments for 60+ in the western town of Garðabær, Álftanesi. The designer is Arkþing Nordic ehf architects. First apartments expected for sale spring/summer 2023.
HVERAGERÐI
Lindarbrún
Þingvangur has entered into an agreement with the Natural Medicine Association of Iceland for the construction of apartments at Lindarbrún in Hveragerði. The apartments are designed by Arkþing Nordic and Efla Engineering.
The apartments will be certified sustainable (LEED) and apartment buyers can then choose to take green and more favorable loans from most credit institutions.

GRÆNABORG 16
Vogar á Vatnsleysuströnd
Þingvangur has signed a contract for the construction of a 24 apartment building at Grænuborg 16 in Vogur Vatnsleysuströnd. The house has four floors and was designed by Krark, Kristinn Ragnarsson arkitekt ehf. The apartments are very well organized three to five rooms from 70 to 110 m2.
